Danilo "Danny" Noriega
I’m Danny, and I’ll be your head coach and manager for the Redtails. I grew up in Lodi and have some of my fondest memories playing Little League, where the focus was simply learning the game and having fun. I was fortunate to play for great coaches who taught me not only baseball fundamentals, but also how to carry myself on and off the field.
While I didn’t play professionally or at the college level, I’ve spent my life around the game, playing at various levels including club baseball. After graduating, I returned home and played six seasons in the ABA and NJABL as a catcher, pitcher, and infielder.
What stands out most from those years was the support, camaraderie, and enjoyment of the game. That’s the environment I hope to create with the Redtails—one focused on development, teamwork, and having a great time along the way. Welcome to the program!

Rob Benham
My name is Rob Benham, and I’ve been coaching and managing my son’s and daughters’ baseball and softball teams since 2017. I came up through the Little League system starting in T-ball, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to see my kids develop the same love for the game. I played through high school as a starting pitcher, and when I wasn’t on the mound, I played third base or the outfield.
I volunteer with the Redtails because I believe kids in our community should have access to higher-level baseball at an affordable price. As a non-profit program, every dollar we collect goes directly back to the players through equipment, batting cage time, and high-level guest instruction.
My goal is simple: to help every player we train develop the skills and confidence needed to make their high school team. Where they take the game from there is up to them—the sky’s the limit.

Brian T. Deegan
I’m Brian, one of the coaches and instructors with the Parsippany Redtails Baseball Program. I grew up playing baseball in Parsippany, along with basketball, football, soccer, and hockey. Over the years, I’ve coached Little League, travel baseball, and high school baseball, including time with Morris Catholic High School, as well as scouting players for their next level of competition. I’ve also coached soccer and hockey at the recreational, travel, and high school levels, and have worked with athletes on strength and conditioning.
Baseball has always been my favorite sport, and I enjoy helping players develop their skills while having fun with the game. I’ve instructed players at every position, worked extensively on hitting mechanics, and provided private lessons in pitching, fielding, catching, and hitting.
I believe players are most successful when they play multiple sports and learn through making — and learning from — mistakes. My goal is for our players to grow, gain confidence, and enjoy being part of the Redtails program.
